ECC'S LETTER Environmental issues are a hot issue in the world today. Environmental awareness, environmental pollution of the world is increasing and common concerns of all humanity. Environmental protection is one of the three pillars of sustainable development. Every day, over the mass media constantly appearing information about the melting ice at the poles, the earth's warming, ecological imbalance, the extinction of living resources behavior, Ozone Hole, the phenomenon of the greenhouse effect, the abnormal meteorological phenomena related to pollution such as drought, floods ... the world's environment are being infringed upon and seriously hurt. Chiefly by the action of man, by poverty and environmental impacts back to humans as the phenomenon of drought, severe floods occurred in some countries including Vietnam . Environmental pollution problems are generally aware of all mankind. We, with the responsibilities of a citizen living in a country of peace, freedom and justice, love the green environment, is a small creature of the earth in the universe is, keep taking blue of the country's green earth, please donate a part of their strength and talent to protect the environment for today and for ever after.
