Intellectual property rights |
ECC ("we", depending on context) respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of our services do so as well. Please note that information on the site for everyone to see, but not necessarily to access, download, print, copy and / or use.
Policy on Intellectual Property Rights This (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") set up our policies on issues related to intellectual property rights such as the allegation that the document violation of posted or provided on the system owned by us, and action to deal multiple offenders.
Please note that we have no control, jurisdiction or authority for any users who do not use iGURU.
Information for owners of intellectual property rights
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations currently in force. Specifically, we comply with the provisions of the Vietnamese Law on Intellectual Property 50/2005/QH11 apply to us.

Copyright Infringement Law
1. For cases of violating the Copyright Act, after receiving notice of infringement meeting the requirements we will:
(A) quickly conduct reasonable measures to remove or disable access to the electronic version alleged violations can not be done, and
(B) after removing or making electronic copies alleged violation is not accessible, we will quickly carry out reasonable measures to inform people that provide the electronic version ("The Property Content "). When you do this, we will also provide a copy of the notice of violation to the owner of Content.
2. If the Content Owner provides a counter-notification, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property and Vietnam 50/2005/QH11 refutes this notice is provided to us in within six weeks from the date we notify the Content Owner of the removal or disabling of access publishing alleged violations can not be done ("On Notice"):
(A) we will soon carry out reasonable measures to restore, or restore electronic access to the alleged violation, if the practices and techniques for doing so; and

3. If the Content Owner does not provide a counter-notice, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property Vietnam 50/2005/QH11 within 6 weeks from the date of notification, we will not proceed any further measures will be considered and that case was resolved.
Other forms of violations
1. For all other forms of violation (that is the case is not Violate Copyright Law), report abuse must be accompanied by the following documents in Vietnamese:
(A) an affidavit or declaration of legal (compliance with current regulations of the place given under oath or declaration is made legal) contain or express the following issues:
(I) confirmation that all issues are presented in the notice of violation is true and accurate, so, a copy of the notice of violation was filled with signatures and proper subject to be presented and addressed to in the affidavit or declaration of legal, and
(Ii) confirmation that the notice of violation was sent to us in good faith and a purpose of enforcement of intellectual property rights are infringed, and
(B) a liability waiver form signed and filled in a lawful manner.
2. Upon receiving notice of infringement along with the affidavit or declaration of legal and liability waiver form in this Policy, we will proceed to remove or alleged material breach can not be access.
3. If we do not get two or even one affidavit or declaration of legal and liability waiver form under these Regulations, or if we get both of these documents but that (according to Our comments) either or both of these documents do not comply with the requirements of these Regulations, including but not limited to both or one of two documents that are not written in Vietnamese, we keep right to proceed or not proceed any any action, which we deem necessary to our opinion. If we decide that no action, we will consider the case was resolved.
Information for users
The user has posted or provide any Content (as defined in the Terms of Use Our Services) on or through the system or service we need to explore carefully problems mentioned above in the section titled "Information for owners of intellectual property rights."
Specifically, in cases where we remove or disable access to any material that does not perform according to a notice of violation alleged violations of the Copyright Act, the user can send a message opposed to us in accordance with relevant provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property Vietnam 50/2005/QH11.
